Your TOWELLO TABLEAU is a permanent feature at your reception – stylishly placed, filled with fresh water, and always ready for use.
The TOWELLOS are already placed in the BLOOMS and can be served with hot or cold water – without preparation time, folding, or elaborate temperature control.
When your guests arrive, the reception team welcomes them with a refreshing TOWELLO that unfolds as if by magic when water is poured over it.
A magical moment is created – calm, attentive, and full of appreciation.
While your guests refresh themselves, your team can calmly take care of the check-in.
TOWELLO PREMIUM SERVICE
With table service - for a fine dining experience
The TOWELLO OASIS serving bowls are elegantly set with the TOWELLOS at the table before the guests arrive – intentionally without water.
Once your guests are seated, your service staff pour hot or cold water, depending on the season, from the TOWELLO AQUA into the BLOOM, creating a quiet moment of attention.
Guests then place their TOWELLO into the fresh water themselves and enjoy their personal freshness moment with a WOW effect – calming, appreciative, and allowing space for a warm conversation with your staff.
After use, the refreshing towel is discreetly placed back on the OASIS serving bowl. When it is cleared away is entirely up to you – perfectly in rhythm with your dinner.
CADDY UND OASIS CURVE
Self-service at the breakfast table
Especially in the first half of the day – when croissants, fruit, cold cuts, or finger food take center stage – a refreshing towel at the table is a true added value.
Our space-saving CADDY is filled with water and TOWELLOS and placed directly at the table. The OASIS serving bowls can be individually stacked on the CADDY according to the number of guests.
Each guest takes their own bowl with a TOWELLO and lets their refreshing towel bloom by adding fresh water.
