We place great importance on transparent and hassle-free delivery. All our products are manufactured locally and with the utmost care in Austria.

Below are all the important details about our shipping terms:

1. Delivery Areas

We currently deliver within Austria and Germany, as well as to selected international countries. For inquiries from abroad, we provide individual offers via email. Please send us a request through our contact form.

2. Delivery Times

• Our home products will reach you within 3-5 business days.

• As a gastronomy or business customer, you will receive your goods within 10 business days due to larger order quantities.

• If you have ordered products with custom logo designs, we will ship all items from your order together within 20-25 business days. Reseller packages are shipped separately and will arrive within 10 business days.

• Please note that deliveries do not occur on weekends or public holidays.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with renowned shipping partners such as DPD or local freight forwarders to ensure safe and fast delivery. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is shipped. For large orders, we also collaborate with other logistics companies.

4. Returns and Cancellations

In case of a return or cancellation, please refer to our cancellation policy.

5. Additional Notes

• Special delivery terms may apply for bulky goods or specialized transports. You will find details in the shopping cart or on the product page.

• International orders may be subject to customs fees and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
